SDR / Sales Hunter – Full-Time (US Hours, Remote, South Africa)
Location: Fully remote (South Africa based)
Hours: US hours – 6 PM to 3 AM SAST (Founder is open to negotiating some overlap for flexibility)
Salary / OTE: R25,000-R30,000 per month with a highly attractive commission base with expected OTE being between R28,000-R55,000

This role is hired on behalf of a fast-growing startup helping small service businesses grow, drive referrals, and boost repeat visits automatically. The company is early-stage, scrappy, and has real traction.

Job requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running high-volume outbound: calls, email, SMS.
Engaging with small business owners across various sectors.
Booking high-intent demos for senior leadership.
Testing messaging, angles, and channels to find a repeatable sales motion.
Feeding insights back to leadership to shape product and strategy.
Requirements
1–3 years of SDR / outbound sales experience, ideally in high-volume, high-velocity environments.
Proven cold-calling ability: you’re confident on the phone, quick on your feet, and know how to earn attention in the first 5 seconds.
Hungry, ambitious, and self-driven: you don’t wait to be told what to do; you take ownership and push for results.
Scrappy and resourceful: able to figure things out fast, find creative angles, and build momentum even when things get challenging.
Strong communicator: clear, concise verbal and written communication.
Comfortable with high daily activity: (calls, emails, SMS) hitting consistent outreach targets.
Tech-savvy and organized: proficient with CRM tools, cold-calling platforms, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Excellent follow-through: you’re disciplined, reliable, and don’t let leads slip through the cracks.
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments with minimal hand-holding.
South Africa based and able to work US hours (6 PM–3 AM SAST, with possible flexibility on overlap).
Compensation:
Competitive early-stage SDR base salary.
Performance-driven variable comp tied to qualified demos booked and completed.
Realistic OTE: R28,000-R55,000 in Year 1, depending on output.
