Project Y is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of a UK/EU-based company that helps top enterprise tech firms expand their market reach. You’ll be part of a high-energy team driving business growth for major players in the global tech ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior SDR, you’ll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and building meaningful connections with decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying high-potential clients across key industries
Conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with the company’s products and services
Nurturing relationships with key prospects and booking qualified meetings for account executives
Maintaining detailed records and activity tracking in the CRM system
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Continuously learning about enterprise technology, digital transformation, and B2B sales best practices
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or any client-facing role (tech sales experience is a plus)
A minimum of 20-30 SQL’s booked per month in your previous role
A minimum of 1 year professional experience in a B2B SDR role
Are a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships
Are driven, organized, and motivated by hitting targets and seeing results
Are tech-savvy and eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
CRM Proficient
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are based in Johannesburg or Cape Town and comfortable working on-site daily
Are ambitious, curious, and ready to grow your sales career
