Location: Remote (South Africa-based)

Salary: R50,000 – R80,000 per month (based on experience and role alignment)

About the Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to support commercial growth. You will manage outbound campaigns across calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. By testing, learning, and iterating on strategies, you will contribute to the company’s commercial growth and outreach effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute outbound campaigns targeting procurement teams and decision-makers in industrial and manufacturing markets.
Run multi-variant experiments with calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to optimize engagement and conversion.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve results.
Take responsibility for the effectiveness of your campaigns and continuously improve strategies.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
Proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience designing and running outbound campaigns (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach).
Interest in industrial markets, supply chains, or data-driven products.
Comfortable using CRM tools and basic marketing automation.
Analytical mindset and adaptability to changing priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in SDR/BDR roles, lead generation, or growth marketing.
Familiarity with A/B testing, ads, landing pages, or funnel optimization.
Interest in AI, forecasting, or data-driven decision systems.
Background in manufacturing, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
Open to candidates with diverse career backgrounds or those transitioning into tech sales.
