Lead Generation Specialist – Sales Support (Inbound) | Industrial Supply Chain Technology

Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: R50,000 – R80,000 per month (based on experience and role alignment)

About the Role

We are seeking an Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to support commercial growth by managing and improving inbound demand activities. In this role, you will focus on optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and lead funnels to attract, qualify, and convert interested prospects. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to test approaches, analyze results, and continuously improve lead generation performance.

This role suits someone who enjoys structured experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and contributing to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize inbound campaigns, landing pages, and lead funnels

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to test messaging, content, and paid campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance

  • Maintain accurate lead records using CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Implement improvements based on performance data and feedback

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience or demonstrated interest in lead generation, inbound marketing, or demand generation

  • Comfort working with CRM systems and basic marketing automation tools

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned deliverables

  • Interest in industrial markets, supply chains, or data-driven products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with A/B testing, digital advertising, landing pages, or funnel optimization

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial technology environments
