Senior Growth Manager (German Legal Tech) – Drive Customer Acquisition & Scale | Hired through Project Y for a Leading European Tech Company

We are seeking a senior-level Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies. This is a high-impact role where you will shape our go-to-market approach, manage online and offline campaigns, and help us scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels

  • Plan, launch, and track paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

  • Manage partnerships and support event planning to boost brand visibility

  • Collaborate with the founders on positioning, messaging, and customer journey optimization

  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for results

They believe your notary should be as mobile and flexible as you are. That’s why the are creating a 100% digital, legally compliant notary service that’s simple, transparent, and built for the modern world.

Our user-friendly web application enables individuals and businesses to manage notarial processes anytime, anywhere - without waiting rooms or outdated paper workflows.

The team consists of 15 legal and tech experts, founded by two male serial entrepreneurs - whose company was accepted into Y Combinator, the world’s most prominent startup accelerator in San Francisco, where they attracted leading international investors to back their mission.

Frustrated by the inefficiency and cost of traditional notary processes, they set out to build Europe’s leading digital notary platform — simple, fast, and secure.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and sales enablement in a tech environment

  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills

  • Ability to balance online campaign management with offline partnership and event initiatives

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment, test and adapt strategies quickly
