Hired through Project Y for a Founders Associate | Remote, Cape Town or Johannesburg based

About the Opportunity

Your Future Impact
As the Assistant to the two founders Founder, you will work closely with Felix and Alex and gain exposure to high-level strategic projects. You will progressively apply your skills in project management, analysis, and executive support while playing a key role in driving the firm’s growth.

You will:

  • Work directly with the Founders and become their “second brain”

  • Take charge of internal administrative processes.

  • Lead internal expense and accounting activities.

  • Support business-building activities, including network event organization, senior stakeholder engagements, travel and day-to-day organisations around the founders

This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to investors, C-suite teams, and executive-level decision-making while shaping the early growth trajectory of a high-performing firm.

Remuneration:

  • R25,000.00 – R30,000.00 (based on experience and fit)
