Job Title: E-Commerce Amazon Account Manager – FMCG & Global Markets

Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office, flexible)

Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day

Salary: R17,500 - R25,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date: January 2026

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a talented Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of their Amazon operations across DE, EU, and US marketplaces. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-impact team, drive business growth, and develop your e-commerce career with a global brand.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is smart, humble, hungry, and teachable, with e-commerce experience (Amazon Seller Central experience is a huge plus). This role requires someone who can learn quickly, take initiative, and manage Amazon operations efficiently. FMCG experience is a bonus but not required.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of daily Amazon operations across DE, EU, and US marketplaces.

  • Maintain and optimize existing listings, add new products, and transfer listings to new marketplaces.

  • Ensure accounts are healthy, resolve operational issues, and manage customer cases.

  • Execute all daily tasks in Amazon Seller Central and manage reporting.

  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Learn quickly, adapt processes, and improve workflows.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally with Amazon Seller Central exposure.

  • Smart, teachable, hungry, and humble personality.

  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.

  • Hands-on with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, or similar).

  • FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills and reliability.
