Job Title: E-Commerce Amazon Account Manager – FMCG & Global Markets
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office, flexible)
Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day
Salary: R17,500 - R25,000 (depending on experience)

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a talented Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of their Amazon operations across DE, EU, and US marketplaces. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-impact team, drive business growth, and develop your e-commerce career with a global brand.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is smart, humble, hungry, and teachable, with e-commerce experience (Amazon Seller Central experience is a huge plus). This role requires someone who can learn quickly, take initiative, and manage Amazon operations efficiently. FMCG experience is a bonus but not required.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of daily Amazon operations across DE, EU, and US marketplaces.
Maintain and optimize existing listings, add new products, and transfer listings to new marketplaces.
Ensure accounts are healthy, resolve operational issues, and manage customer cases.
Execute all daily tasks in Amazon Seller Central and manage reporting.
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Learn quickly, adapt processes, and improve workflows.
Requirements & Competencies:
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally with Amazon Seller Central exposure.
Smart, teachable, hungry, and humble personality.
Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
Hands-on with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, or similar).
FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and reliability.
